I'm feeling totally fantastic, and that is an understatement! I've had a couple of blips recently though. The first was after eating some high fat raw food about a month ago. For a few days afterwards I had a touch of the IBS symptoms. The second was 2 weeks ago after I ate some healthy cooked food. I had rice and lentils with a bit of sauce from a stew my wife made.
